Yes. You can cancel in the app at no charge until a driver accepts the job, and card payments are refunded in full (refunds usually show up within 5 to 10 business days). After a driver has accepted, they're on the way to you, so send us a message or call; cancelling before pickup then costs a flat $50 fee (TONU, truck ordered not used), and the rest is refunded.
Yes. We carry commercial cargo insurance, so your shipment is covered while it's in our care, from pickup to delivery. Need a certificate of insurance for your vendor file? Just ask. If something arrives damaged or missing, tell us within 24 hours of delivery. Shipping something especially valuable? Tell us its value before pickup so we can confirm it's covered.
No, but it helps. Our free shipping form prints a label with a barcode on regular letter-size paper, so no special label printer is needed.
