At Choice Delivery Courier, we are committed to providing you with exceptional service. Due to the nature of our courier services, we do not offer refunds once an item has been delivered. Our team ensures that every delivery is handled with care and precision to meet your expectations.



As we specialize in the delivery of items rather than the sale of goods, we do not accept returns. Each delivery is a unique transaction that concludes once the item reaches its destination.



If you need to cancel a delivery request, please contact us immediately. Cancellations are only accepted if the courier has not yet been dispatched. Once the courier is en route, we cannot accept cancellations.



In the rare event that an item is lost or damaged during transit due to an error on our part, we will address the situation on a case-by-case basis to find a fair resolution.
