Signed for at every handoff
Every delivery and pickup is confirmed with a signature, a photo, the time and the GPS location, so you have a record of who received what and when. Add serial or asset tag numbers to the instructions for the driver for your records.
Handled with care
Equipment rides in the vehicle with the driver, not in a sorting warehouse with other packages. Pack it in its box or a padded case, and no single piece over 75 lbs. Large copiers and anything needing a liftgate are outside what we carry.

Questions
Can you pick up a laptop from an employee who's leaving?
Yes. Book the employee's address as the pickup and your office as the drop-off. We'll collect it and confirm the handoff with a photo and signature.
Can you deliver outside Columbia?
Yes. We deliver anywhere in South Carolina, plus nearby North Carolina and Georgia, so remote employees around the state can get equipment the same day.
Can we be invoiced monthly?
Approved business accounts can be invoiced instead of paying by card for each delivery. Send us a message to set it up.
